How It Works 3DXense (patent-pending) is a USB input device that uses Infra Red (IR) tracking technology to track the positions of the IREDs (InfraRed-Emitting Diodes) on the tracker wand. The driver algorithm then reconstructs the 6 degrees-of-freedom of the tracker wand and uses the info to move the virtual arsenal, such that the user would handle the virtual arsenal exactly as he moves the wand in 3D space.
